A new wine for us, the 2021 Corbeau Rusé is a blend of Grenache (60%), Syrah (30%) and Viognier (7%) with a little Zinfandel (3%) added for brightness. The wine delights with aromas of red fruit tart, plum and sweet Gardenias, generously followed by luscious flavors of blueberry, black cherry, and ripe fig, on a silky palate of harmonious fluidity and balance, finishing with an intriguing combination of thyme and gamey allspice.
Our first Chardonnay showcases aromas of green apples, white hedge flowers and lime blossoms that gracefully make way for flavors of poached Russet apples, Meyer lemon and honeycomb. The mouthfeel is elegant and bright, followed by an extended citrus-inspired finish.
Our Sancerre-style Sauvignon Blanc from Lake County, CA, showcases a unique blend of New World and Old World influences, with Citrus and Stone-Fruit flavors supporting nicely-balanced acidity and a hint of minerality on the finish. 12.5% alcohol.
